We want you to love every purchase from Perlyn Beauty. We value your trust and strive to deliver your products in perfect condition. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right under the following terms.

1. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at perlynbeauty@gmail.com with:

• Your Order ID
• A complete unboxing video (starting before opening the outer courier cover)
• Clear images showing the damage

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit as applicable.

2. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

• Your Order ID
• A clear unboxing video showing the incorrect product

We may request that the incorrect item be returned unused and unopened in its original packaging. Once received and verified, the correct item will be shipped promptly.

Note: If the incorrect item received from you is used or damaged (apart from the damage already reported), we reserve the right to cancel the refund or replacement.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only if:

• The item was damaged or incorrect
• The issue was reported within 2 working days of delivery
• A valid unboxing video and necessary proof were provided

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

• Claims made after 2 days of delivery
• No unboxing video provided
• Product is used, opened, or tampered
• Subjective issues like shade mismatch, texture preference, or product performance
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality or safety
